Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Costing Associate, located in Bengaluru South. The Costing Associate will be responsible for analyzing project costs, preparing detailed estimates, managing budgets, and assisting in vendor coordination. The role includes evaluating project materials, developing cost-effective solutions, and ensuring accuracy in financial calculations to maximize efficiency and adherence to budgets. Collaboration with design and project teams to support planning and execution will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related field
Must having Skills
Experience in cost estimation, budget management, and financial analysis
Proficiency in working with project management tools and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of materials, and Vendor Management
Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of interior design, construction, or a related field is a plus
