Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager – Healthcare with a strong background in Hospital Management / Healthcare Administration. The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, sales strategy, and institutional partnerships for our healthcare technology and services, including EMR, PHR, Digital Health Platforms, Preventive Health Programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Promote and sell Digital Health Solutions such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records), PHR (Personal Health Records), Telemedicine Platforms, and Preventive Health Programs.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

3. Healthcare Institutional Networking

Maintain strong relationships with hospital management, healthcare consultants, and corporate healthcare partners.

Identify opportunities in corporate health programs, wellness initiatives, and digital healthcare adoption.

4. Marketing & Market Expansion

Plan and execute marketing initiatives, healthcare awareness programs, and B2B outreach.

Participate in healthcare conferences, healthcare networking events, and industry forums.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

5. Client Relationship Management

Ensure long-term engagement with healthcare partners.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project implementation.

Key Skills Required:-

Strong knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare administration

Understanding of Healthcare IT systems (EMR, PHR, HIS, Telemedicine, Digital Health Platforms)

Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong networking within healthcare institutions

Ability to build strategic partnerships

Good communication, pleasing personality and interpersonal skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working with Healthcare IT companies, Healthcare Startups, or HealthTech Platforms

Existing network with healthcare administrators

Proven track record in B2B, B2G healthcare sales

Compensation

Rs. 5,00,000 l.p.a to Rs. 9,00,000 l.p.a
