Job Title: Executive – HR Compliance

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliance and labour law requirements across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Indian labour laws, statutory filings, and compliance audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (Central & State), including:
- Shops & Establishment Act
- Contract Labour Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Other applicable statutory regulations
- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance, including:
- Registrations, renewals, amendments on state labour portals
- Timely filing of statutory returns (online & manual)
- Maintain and update statutory records and documentation
- Coordinate and support internal compliance audits across locations
- Ensure accurate and timely updates on government compliance portals
- Handle vendor compliance management, ensuring all third-party vendors meet statutory requirements
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation in HRMS systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance adherence
- Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel
- Support any additional compliance-related activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Compliance / Labour Law Management
- Strong understanding of Indian statutory and labour laws
- Hands-on experience with state labour portals and filings
- Familiarity with HRMS systems and documentation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data tracking, reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a multi-location or large workforce environment
- Exposure to vendor compliance and audit processes
