Role Description
Lead Requip 360’s Surat operations as General Manager. Own sales execution, operations, and team building for our phygital parts marketplace and IoT-enabled maintenance platform serving textile factories.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in operations or sales leadership (B2B manufacturing, distribution, or industrial)
• Team management experience: Built and led teams of 10-20 people
• P&L ownership: Managed budgets with significant responsibility
• Startup experience: Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Surat
• Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
• Customer-obsessed with strong sales orientation
• Experience in textile industry, industrial parts, or B2B marketplaces is a plus
