Affiliate Manager

• Manage end-to-end affiliate marketing and ad operations campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, affiliates, and partners
• Identify, onboard, and scale new publishers and traffic sources
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for revenue and ROI
• Ensure publisher compliance, quality traffic, and fraud control
• Work on tracking platforms such as Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, or Singular
• Analyze campaign reports and drive data-backed decisions
• Coordinate with internal teams (performance, account management, finance)
• Handle publisher queries and ensure timely communication and payouts
• Support offer strategy, budget allocation, and revenue targets
• Drive incremental growth through partnership and affiliate channels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) beyond core platforms like Google & Meta.
• Work closely with platform teams to plan campaigns aligned to business goals

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic models
