Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive with proven B2B SaaS experience to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of mid-market to enterprise B2B SaaS clients.
- Build deep relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a strategic partner.
- Own the full sales cycle: from discovery and solution development to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and close upsell/cross-sell deals.
- Deliver product demos and tailored presentations that align with client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasting in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, specifically in the SaaS industry.
- Proven success managing full sales cycles and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and drive account expansion.
- Must have prior experience working in or servicing clients in the IST & PST timezone.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, value-based selling, and consultative sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach).
