Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and business-aligned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support both corporate functions and retail (AD stores – India/US/Dubai). This role will play a critical part in driving talent acquisition, managing the employee lifecycle, and strengthening internal communication, while partnering closely with business leaders to enable a high-performance and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail/store roles
- Partner with hiring managers and retail leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Ensure quality hiring and a seamless candidate experience
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Drive the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, performance management, and exits
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires across corporate and stores
- Manage employee data, documentation, and HR process adherence
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and store teams
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices
- Build strong on-ground connect with retail teams to understand and address challenges
Internal Team Coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal HR teams (TA, Payroll, L&D, HR Ops) to ensure seamless execution of HR processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for hiring, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and employee communication
- Ensure alignment and timely closure of people-related actions across teams
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities
- Support initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention
Corporate & Internal Communications
- Drive internal communication across corporate and retail teams
- Draft and roll out HR communications, policy updates, and announcements
- Ensure consistency in messaging aligned with the brand tone
HR Analytics & Compliance
- Track and analyze hiring metrics, attrition data, and engagement insights
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to both corporate and retail hiring preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
