Senior IDX / MLS Integration Developer (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced IDX Developer to build custom IDX websites with multi-MLS integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate multiple MLS boards using RESO Web API
• Work with providers like Trestle, Bridge, MLS Grid, or direct MLS feeds
• Build custom IDX websites (no plugin-based solutions)
• Implement listing sync (cron / incremental updates)
• Ensure full IDX & VOW compliance
• Optimize property search, filters, and performance

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with RESO Web API / RETS
• Proven multi-MLS integration experience
• Backend expertise in Laravel / Node.js / Python
• Strong database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0
• Knowledge of MLS display & compliance rules
