Job Description

The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within the food processing industry. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key relationships, and identifying new market opportunities for corn-based ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong B2B client pipeline
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts across assigned regions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close high-value deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and market insights through CRM

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience (preferably in corn ingredients, seasoning, or packaging material)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
