Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business
operations. The role involves managing end-to-end e-commerce activities, driving digital growth,
optimizing customer experience, and delivering revenue targets through data-driven
decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces,
and integrations)
• Oversee product catalog management, including listings, pricing, and inventory coordination
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to derive actionable insights
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email
marketing
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, supply chain) for seamless execution
• Manage vendor relationships, agencies, and marketplace partners
• Improve customer journey, website performance, and conversion rates
• Track key KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and ROI
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase online revenue
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, pricing strategies, and internal controls
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or similar role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of product catalog management and online store optimization
• Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, and SEO
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
