Your Responsibilities

Client Relationship Building

● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

● Understand client business goals and challenges to propose relevant design and development solutions.

● Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance.

Collaboration and Coordination

● Work closely with design and development teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.

● Share client feedback and market insights with internal teams to support

product and service improvements.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

● Research and qualify leads through online research, networking events, and industry forums.

● Plan and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients.

Sales Process Management

● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

● Conduct initial client discussions to understand requirements and present tailored design and development solutions.

● Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

● Track and report sales metrics and key performance indicators.

● Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.

● Provide regular progress updates to the Director of Sales.

Superpowers You Will Need

● Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and development processes.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.

● Experience in sales, preferably within the design, UI/UX, or development industry.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
