Your role:
Drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through multi-platform community systems.
What You Will Build
You will design and scale high-impact digital ecosystems across:
- WhatsApp (private communities & conversion funnels)
- YouTube (authority & long-form value)
- Instagram & TikTok (short-form growth engine)
- LinkedIn (B2B authority & CEO acquisition)
- Facebook Groups (engagement & retention)
- Reddit (organic traction & market intelligence)
Objective:
Create self-sustaining communities that generate users, leads, and sales daily
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform growth strategies
- Build and manage high-value communities (B2B & B2C)
- Collaborate with:
- Growth Marketing team (funnels, data, conversion)
- AI Audiovisual team (content, avatars, storytelling)
- Launch and optimize:
- Content distribution systems
- Community engagement loops
- Viral acquisition mechanics
- Track performance:
- User growth
- Engagement rates
- Conversion to paid users
