Hiring: JBoss Middleware Support Engineer (Remote | Vizag / Trichy)

We are looking for a JBoss Middleware Support Engineer to support enterprise banking applications running on Red Hat JBoss.

This is a production support role focused on troubleshooting, stability, and advisory support, not development.

Role Overview

You will work closely with client teams to:

• Analyze production issues
• Review logs and identify root causes
• Provide guidance for resolution
• Support critical incidents

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues in JBoss EAP and JBoss Web Server environments
• Analyze server logs, JVM logs, and application errors
• Support deployment-related issues at middleware level
• Provide guidance on configuration, tuning, and optimization
• Assist in performance and stability improvements
• Review and advise on patches and updates
• Support security configuration and SSL/TLS validation
• Join incident calls and troubleshooting sessions
• Be available for on-call support (24×7 for critical issues)

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat JBoss EAP (5–7 years)
• Experience with JBoss Web Server / Apache HTTP Server
• Strong knowledge of:
• JVM tuning
• Thread dumps / heap analysis
• Deployment troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Linux environments
• Strong log analysis and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to Dynatrace / AppDynamics / monitoring tools
• Experience in banking or enterprise production environments
• Understanding of JBoss security configurations

What This Role Is NOT

• No coding or development
• No DevOps pipeline work

This is a pure support and troubleshooting role.
