We are looking to hire a driven assistant sales manager to join our Wholy brand team. You will be responsible for responsible for achieving business growth goals by driving sales across business verticals and manage a team of sales exectives to ensure that sales targets and objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales leads across business verticals using a systematic approach
- Pursue, negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat sales orders
- Coordinate across business functions to resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively
- Lead and manage sales officers to achieve regional sales
- Ensure fulfilment and customer satisfaction in online vertical
- Prepare report in timely and systematic manner by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Manage prompt and effective collection of payments
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to increase vertical sales
Requirements:
- MBA or similar degree in sales and marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales and marketing executive in FMCG, preferably in packaged food
- Creative thinker and data-driven
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS excel, tableu and powerpoint
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and content management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great leadership skills
- Should be proficient in Kannada, Tamil & preferably Hindi
