Job Description:Coordinate with global banking partners to enable the receipt of electronic bank statements over SWIFT. Enablement of electronic payments may also be required. Ensure the successful delivery of weekly integration targets by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and process the necessary forms and signatures. Partner with internal engineering teams to ensure technical readiness and support the resolution of connectivity gaps or blockers. Track and report integration progress, risks, issues, and next steps while maintaining all supporting documentation (requirements, testing results, configurations, onboarding processes). Proactively escalate delays or risks and recommend mitigation actions to keep integrations and testing on track. Verify that incoming electronic bank statements align with expected formats and content. Support end-to-end testing cycles by coordinating with banks and internal teams. Experience with SWIFT Connectivity & Message Standards Integration & Testing Management Documentation & Process Controls Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail Ownership & Proactiveness
Summary:
This role will support Treasury by working with global banking partners to establish SWIFT connectivity for various message formats. The contractor will operate at a high level to drive alignment across internal teams and external banks, ensuring requirements, formats, and connectivity expectations are well understood and that critical timelines are met. The contractor will manage documentation, track progress and risks, and proactively address blockers.
