This role involves understanding client concerns, recommending suitable treatments, and ensuring a personalized and results-driven approach. The ideal candidate will combine strong product and treatment knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills to deliver a high-quality client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Consult and counsel clients on skin, hair, and laser treatments based on their concerns and goals
- Recommend and design customized treatment plans aligned with client needs
- Explain procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes clearly to clients
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and repeat visits
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth execution of treatments
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and treatments in the aesthetics industry
- Deliver a professional and high-quality client experience at all times
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Diploma or degree in Dermatology, Cosmetology, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in skin care or aesthetic counselling
- Prior experience in derma or aesthetic clinics is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of skin, hair, and laser treatments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Client-focused approach with the ability to understand and address concerns effectively
- Confidence in consultation and ability to influence client decisions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets
