About the Role

You’ll own end-to-end Amazon Ads campaign management for a portfolio of brands. This isn’t a set-and-forget role – you’ll be making daily optimization decisions that directly impact client ROAS and revenue. You’ll work closely with our product and data teams, feeding real operator insights into the tools we’re building.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across multiple brand accounts
  • Conduct keyword research, bid management, and budget allocation to hit target ACOS/ROAS goals
  • Analyze search term reports, placement data, and campaign diagnostics to identify optimization opportunities daily
  • Set up and manage product targeting, audience targeting, and dayparting strategies
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions
  • Collaborate with the product team to test and validate Clariti’s AI-powered campaign tools
  • Stay current with Amazon Ads platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Advertising Platform + Seller Central Platform
  • Proven track record of improving ACOS/ROAS across campaign portfolios
  • Comfort with data – you can pull a bulk sheet, pivot the data, and spot what’s wrong without being told
  • Clear communication skills – you can explain campaign performance to a brand founder, not just another ads person
  • Bias for speed and ownership – you don’t wait for instructions when something needs fixing

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon Ads API, bulk operations, or third-party campaign management tools
  • Familiarity with Flipkart or Myntra advertising
