Astrologer Consultant – South sales

Job Description: Consultant Astrologer (Telugu) – Sri Mandir

Role Objective

We are looking for sales-driven, experienced astrologers fluent in Telugu who can conduct phone/video consultations and effectively convert user interactions into devotional purchases and puja bookings on the Sri Mandir platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct astrology consultations (phone/video) with users
• Provide accurate Kundli reading and remedies
• Recommend and convert users into paid services, including:
• Online Puja bookings
• Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, and other devotional products
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while driving revenue
• Maintain strong conversion rates through persuasive communication

Ideal Candidate Profile

1️⃣ Experience & Expertise

• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in astrology
• Strong knowledge of Kundli analysis and remedies

2️⃣ Sales & Conversion Ability (Critical)

• Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory)
• Good command of Hindi (Preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to recommend remedies and close sales

3️⃣ Digital Comfort (Mandatory)

• Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools
• Ability to read user details (DOB, Gotra, etc.) digitally
• Able to conduct consultations over Google Meet / video platforms

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Retainer: ₹30,000/month
• Consultation Revenue: 40% share
• Puja Bookings: 20% revenue share
• E-commerce Sales: 10% revenue share

Working Hours

• Minimum 6 hours/day during business hours
• Expected to maintain strong sales conversion performance
• This is a Remote opportunity
