Data Privacy/ Data Ethics

• Provide a consultancy and education service to all divisions/units on data ethics and appropriate use of data by the Enterprise so as to raise awareness on NAB’s data ethics framework to the Enterprise.
• Engage with stakeholders by providing guidance and advice on appropriate data use in alignment with NAB’s Data Ethics Principles, including the coordination and assessment of data use cases.
• Provide Data Ethics team and other stakeholders at NAB with strong research and analytical input in relation to data ethics and AI ethics across Australia and other jurisdictions.
• Prepare and participate in compelling presentations and communications for senior stakeholders, across Technology & Enterprise Operations and the Enterprise.
• Support the development and delivery of implementation of data ethics strategies, programs and projects.
• Support and assist business planning, strategy and activities, including the coordinating and maintenance of records and management reporting relating to Data Ethics team.
• Support broader Global Privacy Office operations and consider innovative ways to help create efficiencies across broader team.
• Support in the monitoring, reviewing and reporting to the board on data ethics
• Strong facilitation, influence and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organisation
