Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Chennai – Nungambakkam.
We are looking for a Web Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications.
The role involves handling both front-end and back-end development, implementing innovative web solutions, and ensuring seamless functionality aligned with business goals. You will collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences and technically sound solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications
✔ Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks
✔ Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
✔ Collaborate with designers and business teams to implement requirements
✔ Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability
✔ Debug, test, and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Qualifications
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Web Development
✔ Strong Front-End skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
✔ Experience in Back-End Development (server-side frameworks & databases)
✔ Good understanding of Web Design and UI/UX principles
✔ Knowledge of responsive design and debugging tools
✔ Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
✔ Experience in the financial/investment domain is a plus
