Role: SharePoint Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid – (3x days onsite/week in Pune, India)
We are looking for a hands-on SharePoint Engineer with strong experience in SharePoint Online tenant-to-tenant migrations. This role focuses on planning, executing, and validating migrations during M&A or organizational transitions, ensuring secure and seamless consolidation of environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute SharePoint Online tenant-to-tenant migrations
Perform site inventory, assessment, and pre-migration remediation
Migrate content using tools like ShareGate (pre-stage, incremental, cutover)
Validate migrated environments (content, metadata, permissions, access)
Manage SharePoint Online environments (sites, hubs, permissions, sharing)
Collaborate with identity and security teams for access continuity
Troubleshoot post-migration issues (access, sync, links, guest users)
Maintain governance, security, and documentation standards
Requirements
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online migrations (tenant-to-tenant)
Experience with migration tools like ShareGate
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online security and permissions
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) concepts
Ability to validate and troubleshoot post-migration environments
Experience working on multiple migration projects (M&A preferred)
