Design Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Design Executive who will be responsible for creating and executing design plans for our retail/F&B spaces. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelines
• Visit project sites to assess requirements and incorporate necessary revisions into designs
• Develop 3D models for proposed premises
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for sites
• Ensure design accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Design or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B design
• Experience working with a design firm will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
