VP – Insurance Operations (London/Lloyd’s Market) – 18+ Years – Gurgaon/Noida

Lead and execute the operational strategy for insurance operations, focusing on policy services and underwriting for the London and Lloyd’s markets. Ensure scalable, high-quality delivery, strong governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational transformation while driving growth, efficiency, and risk-controlled outcomes.

Responsibilities –

1. Provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for London and Lloyd’s market insurance operations.
2. Translate business and client strategy into a multi-year operational roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
3. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex operational, regulatory, and client issues.
4. Own governance across the full policy lifecycle including underwriting support, binding, post-bind activities, accounting & settlement, claims support, renewals, administration, and reporting.
5. Ensure adherence to market practices, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
6. Oversee policy issuance, endorsements, bordereaux, invoicing, and rule-based decision-making.

Requirements –

1. 18+ years of experience in insurance operations, policy services, or related senior roles.
2. Deep expertise in London / Lloyd’s insurance market operating models, policy administration systems, and data workflows.
3. Proven experience managing large, multi-client insurance operations and senior client stakeholders.
4. Strong analytical, decision-making, stakeholder management, and people leadership capabilities.
5. Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree (MBA) or insurance certifications preferred.
