We’re hiring SAP Ariba Consultant in India, It’s 100% remote role.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Ariba modules and integration with S4, a strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, and a proven track record of successful end-to-end Ariba implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
- Lead SAP Ariba enhancements including Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, and Supplier Management modules.
- Configure SAP Ariba solutions to align with business requirements and best practices.
- Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage Ariba Network (AN) connectivity and supplier onboarding activities.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from procurement, AP & Contract Management stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
- Map as-is and to-be procurement processes and recommend improvements.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute unit test plans, system integration tests (SIT), and user acceptance tests (UAT).
- Identify, document, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Ensure solution quality and compliance with project standards.
Post-Go-Live Support
- Provide hypercare and production support after deployment.
- Train end-users and prepare user manuals and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and Guided Buying (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance). Working knowledge of S4 MM module.
- Strong experience with SAP Ariba integration SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in cXML, CIF, and Punchout (Level 1 and Level2) configuration, integration and testing.
- Proficiency in Ariba Network (AN) configuration and supplier enablement.
- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs/Ariba API, CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), or SAP Integration Suite.
- Understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay process (S4 MM, SAP Ariba)
- Experience in preparing functional specification documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and Joule configuration.
