Workday Consultant – Adaptive Planning

Job Summary:

Maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the Workday Adaptive Planning EPM software. This role involves configuring models, troubleshooting data issues, managing user access, and assisting finance teams with budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dashboards, and reporting templates.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary contact for user queries, resolving data, formula, and access issues.
• Model Enhancements: Build and update financial/HR forecasting models and optimize existing structures for better performance.
• Data Integration: Manage and validate data flow between Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM/Finance or external ERP systems.
• Process Improvement: Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes based on best practices.
• Documentation & Training: Create user guides and train end-users on system functionality.
