Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Recruitment to lead our Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building recruitment strategies, managing hiring teams, driving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring timely closure of positions across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Drive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and vendor partnerships.
- Build strong employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio, etc.).
- Optimize recruitment processes and implement automation tools.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Handle senior-level and critical leadership hiring.
- Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate hiring / IT hiring / non-IT hiring (as applicable).
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn X-Ray, etc.).
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
