POSITION SUMMARY
A Front-End Developer at Movate drives the creation of responsive, scalable, and user-centric UI components. This role requires a deep understanding of ReactJS to convert complex UX wireframes into functional, high-performance screens.
Developers are expected to be technically fluent in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end architectures, ensuring seamless integration with backend REST APIs. You will partner closely with design and engineering leads to drive technical implementation plans and maintain a robust design system.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build responsive, scalable, and user-centric UI components using ReactJS.
- Convert UX wireframes and design prototypes into functional front-end screens.
- Develop reusable components that support the project’s design system.
- Integrate UI with backend REST APIs.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to front-end best practices.
- Debug, test, and improve application performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of front-end experience with strong ReactJS expertise.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React Hooks, Context API, or state management libraries.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Vite, or similar.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong understanding of API integration and asynchronous programming.
Good to Have
Basic understanding of backend concepts for seamless integration.
Exposure to performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards.
