Role: Senior Manager – Growth & Demand Generation

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Prev. Experience: 4-6 yrs

About the Role

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with direct revenue ownership.

As our Senior Growth & Demand Generation Manager, you will own qualified pipeline creation across the GTM funnel. This is not a traditional marketing role -it is for someone who treats growth as a system to design, optimize, and scale.

You will work across marketing, sales, data, and systems to build a predictable and efficient revenue engine.

What You’ll Own

  • Own qualified pipeline targets and drive a consistent flow of SQLs to sales
  • Build and scale outbound and inbound demand engines
  • Improve the GTM funnel across targeting, conversion, and velocity
  • Identify bottlenecks and run structured experiments to improve performance
  • Sharpen ICPs vs VP, segmentation, and account prioritization
  • Partner with Sales and Pre-sales on conversion, attribution, and funnel visibility
  • Own reporting systems that connect growth activity to revenue outcomes

Right fit

  • Experience owning pipeline or revenue targets in a B2B environment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort around funnels, metrics, and performance data
  • Ability to build repeatable systems, not just run one-off campaigns
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and revenue teams
  • High ownership, speed, and bias for experimentation

Not a Right fit

  • Experience has been in brand, comms, or content without pipeline ownership
  • Comfortable running campaigns, but without owning funnel performance or revenue outcomes
  • Preference for strategy-only roles over hands-on execution
  • Limited experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, or GTM systems
  • Looking for a traditional marketing role with narrow functional boundaries
