Project Coordinator cum Website Development

I need a person who can understand the web development process and connect with stake holders to gather requirements and work with developers to translate the requirements and get the job done. This will not be 100% coding opportunity but an all round opportunity for the multi tasker. Strong communication skills needed. If you have developed websites or ecommerce sites in the past this will be helpful as well.
