Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram location. The role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and solving system-related problems. The Technical Support Engineer will collaborate with the team to resolve customer inquiries, deliver top-notch customer service, and ensure the seamless operation of IT systems. The role requires maintaining accurate records and providing technical insights to enhance overall system performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous
