Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP GRC and SAP HANA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP security roles, authorizations, and compliance frameworks across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and HANA systems
• Configure and manage SAP GRC modules including Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM)
• Perform user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and risk remediation
• Support SAP HANA security including user provisioning, roles, and privileges
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define and enforce security policies
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Troubleshoot authorization issues and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with Basis and functional teams during system upgrades, migrations, and implementations

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Security & GRC
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM)
• Experience in SAP HANA security concepts (roles, privileges, schema access)
• Good understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA security architecture
• Expertise in role design, user administration, and authorization troubleshooting
• Experience in SoD risk analysis and mitigation
• Familiarity with audit and compliance processes

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori security
• Knowledge of SAP Identity Management (IdM)
• Exposure to SAP Cloud (BTP) security
• Certifications in SAP Security or GRC

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in team environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in global rollouts or large-scale SAP implementations
• Exposure to automation tools in SAP security
