Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser who can drive product development, coordinate across functions, and contribute to building strong jewellery collections aligned with market trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop new collections and sample lines
• Manage end-to-end client requirements from concept to production
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams for seamless execution
• Handle outsourcing and vendor coordination (CAD, RPT, gemstones, findings, etc.)
• Monitor best-seller reports and drive product improvement initiatives
• Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events
• Support visual merchandising and product display strategies
• Collaborate with marketing for new launches and product storytelling

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising (jewellery preferred)
• Strong understanding of product development and inventory planning
• Experience in client handling and coordination
• Good exposure to diamond/jewellery manufacturing processes
• Strong communication, analytical, and execution skills
