JOB PURPOSES
Handle Service Catalog Requests to Meet Customer Needs
• Implement customer-approved services within agreed timelines, following ITIL processes.
• Prepare, validate, and deploy update patches using PL/SQL and Unix in coordination with RUN IT and Internal Support teams.
• Resolve incidents or regressions arising from implementations, ensuring service stability.
Handle Information Requests to Address Customer Queries
• Qualify and analyze customer requests, including database and system queries.
• Extract and provide accurate information using PL/SQL scripts and Unix tools within defined SLAs.
Ensure Operational Support and Service Continuity
• Monitor applications and databases in Unix environments and troubleshoot issues.
• Support production activities such as batch jobs, data fixes, and emergency changes per ITIL guidelines.
Contribute to Colleagues’ Skill Development
• Provide guidance on PL/SQL, Unix operations, and ITIL practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing to improve team performance and service quality.
