Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Sr. Data and Process Analyst to join our Contingent Workforce Team. In this role, you won’t just follow the playbook—you’ll rewrite it. You will support the day-to-day operations of our contingent labor program while acting as a process evangelist—someone who naturally looks for ways to make workflows faster, smarter, and more automated. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of operations and innovation, using data-driven insights and cutting-edge automation to eliminate friction and scale our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Evangelism: Serve as the primary advocate for process integrity and optimization. Audit existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and lead the change toward leaner, more agile operations.
- Process Optimization: Actively identify “pain points” in the current program and propose automated solutions to streamline the recruitment, supplier, stakeholder and manager experience.
- Automation & AI Integration: Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual overhead. Explore and deploy AI-driven solutions for talent matching, market rate benchmarking, and compliance monitoring.
- Data-Driven Stewardship: Act as the “source of truth” for program health. You will not just report data through our contractor systems, GCP and Tableau; you will interpret it to influence stakeholder decision-making and action insights on spend, headcount, onboarding and vendor performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Data Querying & Analytics: Proficiency in SQL or advanced querying within Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau). You must be able to extract, manipulate, and visualize complex datasets without relying on pre-built reports.
- Technical Literacy: Google Workspace and Hands-on experience with Automation/AI tools (e.g., RPA, LLM prompting for HR tasks, or automated sequencing) to enhance program efficiency.
- HR systems/VMS Experience: 3–5 years of experience working with an HR or Contractor Vendor Management System (e.g., Beeline, Magnit, SAP Fieldglass, Workday VNDLY) and how to optimize them through technical configurations.
- Analytical Thinking: A “process-first” mentality with the ability to map out current states and design future-state workflows.
- Stakeholder Influence: The ability to sell “the better way” to skeptical stakeholders and lead change management efforts.
