Role – Senior Analyst – Pricing

Location -Bangalore

11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst – Pricing to support global pursuits and commercial decision‑making in a fast‑paced professional services environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping competitive pricing strategies through analytics, benchmarking, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Support end‑to‑end pricing for global pursuits, RFPs, and fee proposals
• Build and analyze pricing models using rate cards, fees, and assumptions across geographies
• Apply inflation adjustments and develop indicative and scenario‑based pricing
• Review and challenge member‑firm quotes to drive optimal commercial outcomes
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis using historical and market data
• Partner with engagement teams and global stakeholders to resolve pricing queries
• Maintain pricing databases and support automation and pricing tool enhancements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 3–4 years’ experience in pricing, ideally within IT or professional services
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with competitive tenders and pricing databases
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools
• Knowledge of financial statements, tax concepts, or pricing automation
• Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification
