Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze field issues using tools like AWS CloudWatch, ELK, Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle, and MySQL
  • Perform root cause analysis using logs, call notes, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Serial communication)
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve high-priority product issues
  • Provide actionable insights for product and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in software support / production support
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of cloud (AWS), databases (SQL), and logging tools
  • Understanding of networking & device connectivity
  • Exposure to mobile/web/cloud-based systems
