Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Articled Assistant will support the firm’s financial advisory and IPO consulting services. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, assisting with due diligence, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The candidate will also work on preparing presentations, assisting in audits, and collaborating with senior team members on a variety of client projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Report Preparation
- Knowledge of Corporate Finance, IPO Processes, and Regulatory Compliance
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Auditing Practices, and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in using Financial Tools, Spreadsheets, and related Software
- Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Collaborative Skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting; enrollment in CA Articleship preferred
- Prior experience in working with financial consulting or auditing firms is an advantage
