About the Role We’re hiring a Cybersecurity Trainer for a Microsoft-sponsored skilling program at Rooman Technologies. You’ll deliver hands-on cybersecurity training to learners across skill levels — in-person in Kanpur and/or via live online sessions — helping them build industry-ready skills and prepare for Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and online live classes on cybersecurity concepts and tools
• Teach topics including Network Security, Ethical Hacking, SOC Operations, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, and Endpoint Protection
• Design assignments, labs, and assessments aligned with Curriculum
• Conduct doubt sessions and mentor learners on projects and exam preparation
• Track learner progress and submit batch reports to the program team

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity (industry or training)
• Strong knowledge of network security, ethical hacking, and cloud security concepts
• Familiar with tools like Wireshark, Kali Linux, SIEM platforms, or equivalent
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

Good to Have

• Certifications: CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, SC-900, AZ-500, or OSCP
• Experience delivering government or CSR-sponsored skilling programs
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and virtual lab environments
