Job Description:

We’re not looking for someone to “manage content.”

We’re looking for someone who thinks they can build people into brands.

At Blend9 Studio, a lot of what we do sits at the intersection of people, perception, and storytelling. This role is for someone who understands that deeply.

What this role really is:

You’ll work closely with founders, leaders, and brands to shape how they show up online – not just what they post, but how they’re perceived.

From ideas → to scripts → to actually shooting content → to making it feel real and not forced.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and executing personal branding strategies (especially LinkedIn & Instagram)
  • Coming up with content ideas that feel natural, not try-hard
  • Writing sharp, relatable scripts and hooks
  • Shooting content on phone (reels, talking videos, BTS, etc.)
  • Working with the team to bring ideas to life end-to-end
  • Helping founders feel comfortable and confident on camera

Who you are:

  • You understand people + content + internet culture
  • You have strong communication skills (spoken & written English is a must)
  • You can hold a conversation, ask the right questions, and extract stories
  • You notice what works online and more importantly, what feels real
  • You don’t wait to be told; you come with ideas, opinions, and POVs

Big plus if:

  • You’ve shot content on your phone that actually performed
  • You’ve worked on your own page / someone else’s personal brand
  • You’re comfortable being around people, directing them, and capturing moments

This is NOT for you if:

  • You only want to “schedule posts”
  • You’re not comfortable interacting with people
  • You wait for briefs instead of thinking ahead

This IS for you if:

  • You’re obsessed with content that feels real
  • You enjoy turning conversations into compelling content
  • You want to be part of building modern-day personal brands

If you’re someone who watches content and thinks

“this feels forced… I’d do it differently” – we’d love to meet you.

Send us your work / content / anything you’ve created on blend9studio@gmail.com
