We are seeking a Content Editor to help refine and optimize the content displayed on our app pages. In this role, you will collaborate with designers and product teams to edit, enhance, and maintain concise, engaging copy that improves user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. A keen eye for detail and a passion for impactful, user-focused content are essential as you contribute to delivering clear, compelling messaging while continuously learning and growing.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Edit and Refine In-App Content
- Review, edit, and enhance content displayed on the DAZN app.
- Ensure all text is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain Content Accuracy and Consistency
- Regularly update in-app content to reflect the latest product updates, promotions, and events.
- Ensure messaging remains consistent across all app pages and features.
Optimize Content for User Experience
- Structure content to be easy to read and understand for a seamless user journey.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure content fits well within the app layout.
Ensure Quality and Compliance
- Proofread content for grammar, punctuation, and formatting issues before publishing.
- Ensure accessibility standards are met for a diverse user base.
Monitor and Improve Content Performance
- Analyse user engagement and feedback on in-app content to identify improvement areas.
- Continuously refine content based on insights from data and user behaviour.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1+ years of experience in content editing, copywriting, or content management, preferably within a digital media, sports, or technology-driven company.
- Proven ability to craft engaging, concise, and user-focused content for digital platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to refine short-form content for clarity and impact.
- Ability to distil sports-related and promotional information into concise, engaging, and user-friendly language.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and tools for digital content updates.
- Understanding of UX writing principles to optimize content placement and readability within an app.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with campaigns and app updates.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to in-app content optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content updates simultaneously.
- We value if you have: Experience working in a sports media or OTT streaming platform.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools to measure content effectiveness.
- Basic knowledge of localization and content adaptation for different regions.
