Must Haves
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical Field.
· 7 + years of experience in AVEVA E3D administration preferably within Energy, Oil & Gas, Offshore, Power, Renewables projects.
· Hands-on experience Required in AVEVA E3D, Including IsoDraft, Draw, Catalogue & Specification and MDS Support.
· Strong experience in AVEVA PML scripting and customization
· Experience in AVEVA Global setup and configuration
· Expertise in AVEVA E3D
· Experience in AVEVA E3D project environment setup (projects, databases, MDBs, users, roles, and access controls).
· Experience in Maintaining and updating AVEVA Catalogues and Specifications in line with Ramboll and client standards.
· Experience in AVEVA Draw configurations, templates, and drawing standards delivered and maintained.
· Experience in Model export and integration setups (RVM, NWD, DGN, IFC, STP, etc.) for reviews and stakeholder coordination.
· Experience in System health monitoring reports, incident logs, and resolution tracking.
· Experience in Backup, restoration, upgrade, and performance optimization activities completed as planned.
· User onboarding materials, training support, and technical guidance documentation.
· Operational documentation, governance guidelines, and change logs maintained.
· Automation scripts/utilities and continuous improvement initiatives implemented.
· Project handover, archiving, and close-out support delivered for E3D environments.
· Expertise in AVEVA Engineering
· Experience in Managing the installation process and configuration of other AVEVA Engineering environment, manage Builds (software support and upgrades).
· Experience in Project Setup, Configuration – e.g. Disciplines, DBs, MDBs, Teams, Users AD Group, Access Management, Grid Views, Naming Rules, UoM Configurations etc.
· Good Understanding of Integration Workflows; Compare/Update configuration.
· Good in Conceptual Data Model Configuration, Classes, Attributes, LOVs & UoMs etc.
· Strong understanding of Tag management, Data Flow, Datasheet Template Configuration, Revision Management & Tag Status management.
· Ability to provide training sessions and support to users on AVEVA Engineering functionalities and best practices.
· Good Communication Skills (Verbal/Written), Customer interaction
Preferred
· Experience with at least one programming language such as VB.NET, .NET, C#, Python, or any other relevant programming language.
· Strong understanding of AVEVA data models, project structures, and multi-discipline interfaces.
· Familiarity with AVEVA licensing models and AVEVA Connect.
· Work experience in cloud and virtualized environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, Citrix) for AVEVA deployment.
· Certification in AVEVA or relevant systems administration is a plus.
· Understanding of integration requirement for integrating with AVEVA Tools.
· Understanding of other similar 3D/2D applications like SP3D, SPID
· Understanding of Complex .NET programming concepts.
· Understanding the utilization of C# on Aveva applications by maintaining GITHUB repositories
· Basic understanding of error logs and error diagnosis to assist users more effectively.
· Operate and maintain AVEVA Engineering and Unified Engineering environments.
· Set up and integrate AVEVA Engineering databases with E3D, Diagrams, and E&I modules.
· Azure Cloud Infrastructure management
· Experience in working Agile methodology.
