We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Neurosurgeon to join our healthcare team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be specialized in diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the nervous system, including diseases of the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes through expert surgical interventions and comprehensive neurological care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with neurological disorders requiring surgical treatment.
• Perform complex neurosurgical procedures safely and effectively.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including patient education and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regional healthcare standards and regulations.
• Participate in continued medical education and contribute to research initiatives related to neurosurgery.
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance treatment protocols and patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) with specialized training in Neurosurgery.
• Certification and licensing to practice as a Neurosurgeon in Kerala.
• Proven clinical experience in neurosurgical procedures and patient management.
• Strong knowledge of neurological diseases and surgical treatments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with critical patients.
