We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA freshers to join our team as HR & Admin Trainees. This role offers hands-on experience in human resources, administrative operations, and business support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities and good mathematical/analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions:

• Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Support onboarding and induction activities

• Help in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

• Assist in employee engagement activities

Administrative Functions:

• Support daily office operations and coordination

• Manage documentation and internal communications

• Assist in vendor coordination and office logistics

• Monitor office supplies and inventory

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytic

• Good mathematical aptitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and office tools

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
