Primary role will be to drive sales and generate new business opportunities sustainability, green energy, hybrid renewables services within the industrial sector. Responsible for understanding client needs, promoting the benefits of TPI services, and securing contracts with industrial clients. Your goal will be to meet sales targets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and industries that require Testing, Inspection & Certification services
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings.
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of third-party inspection services.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and operations, to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance and inspection services.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales leader & operation team to achieve overall sales goals and targets.

HSE:

  • Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
  • Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the industrial TPI, TIC industry or quality assurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and quality assurance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Sustainability, Green and Renewable Energy.
  • Should have knowledge and experience in the carbon market such as Corporate Carbon footprint, Product Carbon Footprint, and life Cycle Assessment.
  • Should have strong background and market relevance from hard-to-abate sector such as Steel, Aluminum, Fertilizer, Cement and Hydrogen and energy industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with third-party inspection services is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of salesforce, CRM and other sales tools will be added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
