• Coach teams on Agile best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to remove blockers and ensure timely delivery
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams
• Manage technology projects from initiation to closure
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
• Track and report project progress and metrics
