We operate across D2C, quick commerce, and marketplaces, combining clean-label products with a strong focus on brand, performance, and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Ownership

  • Own end-to-end paid performance across:
  • Meta Ads (primary channel)
  • Google Ads (secondary channel)
  • Manage campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling
  • Own budget pacing and allocation decisions

Performance Decision-Making

  • Balance growth and efficiency based on business context
  • Decide when to scale spend, pull back, or reallocate budgets
  • Evaluate performance beyond ROAS, including:
  • CAC
  • Contribution margin
  • LTV

Creative and Media Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Performance Creative Strategist
  • Align on creative testing roadmaps, scaling logic, and fatigue management
  • Treat creative as a core performance lever, not an afterthought

Reporting and Attribution Understanding

  • Maintain accurate, transparent, and decision-oriented reporting
  • Understand attribution overlap across Meta, Google, and retention channels
  • Communicate performance drivers, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership

Retention and Audience Insights

  • Analyse repeat purchase behaviour, audience quality, and cohort performance
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and efficiency gaps
  • Support lifecycle and retention strategy through data-backed insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

Industry Experience (Strong Preference)

  • D2C brands
  • Consumer, food, FMCG or Wellness
  • Experience managing significant monthly ad spends

Background and Skills

  • 5–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Strong Meta Ads expertise (non-negotiable)
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads
  • Experience in fast-paced, scale-up environments
  • Comfortable operating without agency buffers
