Roles & Responsibilities
- Support sales strategy development and planning
- Engage clients and deliver tailored product presentations
- Communicate product value to accelerate deal closures
- Manage CRM systems and maintain sales pipelines
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Monitor market trends and track competitor activity
- Handle payment collection and sales documentation
Requirements & Skills
- Degree in Plastics, Polymer, Chemical, Chemistry, Petrochemical or Applied Chemistry Technology
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (up to 5 years acceptable)
- Prior exposure to engineered plastics business
- Fluent in English and Hindi
