Job Description:

Primary Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, relationship management, and targeted sales strategies within the educational sector. This role will focus on on-boarding new schools, promoting educational supplies, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Generate leads through digital and non-digital channels tailored to the educational sector.
  • Identify and qualify potential schools and educational institutions based on their needs, budgets, and purchasing timelines.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase engagement with new prospects in the region.

Product/Service Sales

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to schools and educational institutions, ensuring alignment with their educational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.

Key Account Management (KAM)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (school management, teachers, etc.) to drive engagement and ensure satisfaction with services and products.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to key stakeholders to maximize product usage and drive value.
  • Ensure prompt response times and quality customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Meeting Sales Targets

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas through proactive sales activities.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, adjusting strategies to achieve goals effectively.

Administrative Work

  • Prepare and provide timely and accurate quotes to assigned schools.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions for seamless account management and follow-up.

Desired Qualification: Any graduate. (MBA preferred) in Sales & Marketing or related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales target in the educational supplies industry or a related field.
  • Sales Experience in School Industry is a must.
