Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining appropriate solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
* Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
* Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
* Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
* Proven experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills
* Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
