Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President, located in Bengaluru. The Vice President will oversee strategic business operations, drive organizational growth, and manage key performance metrics. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for market expansion, creating and implementing business strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance standards, and fostering innovation to sustain a competitive edge in the gold and jewelry industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
- Understanding of the gold and jewelry industry is an added advantage
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred, Ecommerce experience preferred.
